Chakra translates to “wheel” in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy enabling self-development and organization development. The objective of building our leadership “Chakra” is to allow the unabated flow of positive energy to develop higher levels of leadership effectiveness.

The wheel has been of significance to human civilisation for thousands of years now. It signifies growth, dynamism and non-stagnation at all times. Every organization needs their individuals to demonstrate leadership constantly, irrespective of their roles or designation. Leadership is acquired and nurtured consciously through the right thinking, intent and actions. 

  1. Commitment – The commitment to oneself, the team and their responsibilities. It is also the commitment to deliver one’s promises as a person to reiterate the bigger vision of the company. 
  1. Compassion – Compassion in intention, action and interaction makes an individual trustworthy and approachable in an organization. Compassion is necessary not just within the organization but also when interacting with customers or clients in understanding what problems they face and how they can be solved.

  1. Divinity – Being in touch with an attribute much higher than our existence, gives us a great force of inspiration, strength and wisdom. It is a guiding light taking us in the direction of righteousness and morality at all times. A leader is constantly involved in making decisions and having divinity enables them to think and act better.

The number 28 holds a great deal of significance, representing the moon, Chandra, which is the symbol of mind and also Dharma as well as Saturn, regarded as Shani, which represents knowledge and righteousness.
